Find Healing Through Creativity and Connection

Some days you don’t rise because you’re strong, you rise because something inside you refuses to stay buried. Trust that quiet defiance; it’s the part of you that already knows how to survive, heal, and begin again

Meet Chloé

Hello, I’m Chloé, an HCPC-registered Dramatherapist working with children, and adolescents.

I believe that everyone deserves a space where they feel safe, listened to and accepted. My aim is to create a warm, creative and supportive environment where people can explore their thoughts, feelings and experiences at their own pace.

I completed my Master's degree in Dramatherapy at the University of Roehampton, graduating with distinction in 2024. Since then, I have worked across schools, specialist education settings and community services, supporting children, young people and adults with a wide range of emotional and mental health needs.

I have experience working with attachment, anxiety, low mood, trauma, self-harm, addiction, low self-esteem, neurodivergence, relationship difficulties and feelings of overwhelm. I understand that asking for support can feel daunting, and I believe that building trust and a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation of meaningful change.

Creativity is at the heart of my work. Sometimes feelings can be difficult to put into words, and Dramatherapy offers other ways to explore and express them. Through storytelling, imagination, play, movement and creative activities, we can find new ways to understand experiences, develop coping strategies and build emotional resilience.

Every person is different, so I tailor sessions to the individual. You do not need any experience in drama or creativity. The focus is not on performance, but on creating a space where you can feel comfortable being yourself.

Whether we work together in person, online or within an organisation, my approach is centred on kindness, curiosity and collaboration. I am passionate about helping people reconnect with their strengths, make sense of their experiences and move forward with greater confidence and self-understanding.

If you'd like to learn more about Dramatherapy or how I can support you, I'd love to hear from you.

What I Offer

1:1 In-person Dramatherapy

I provide a supportive and creative space in Winchester where you can explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences at your own pace. Through creativity, play, storytelling and conversation, I am able to offer a therapy that allows you to make sense of your emotions, build your confidence and support you in developing healthier ways of coping.

Dramatherapy is great when direct work feels too much. Sometimes you won’t want to talk. And that’s okay! Dramatherapy allows us to step back whilst still engaging in meaningful therapeutic work.

No experience in drama is needed, just a willingness to come as you are. My sessions are tailored to your needs. You may not know what you want to focus on, but I am able to help with a wide range of challenges, including, anxiety, trauma, low self-esteem, low mood, emotional regulation difficulties, and life transitions.

1:1 Online Dramatherapy

A warm and creative online space where you can pause, reflect and explore what is happening in your life. Through imagination, storytelling, creative activities and conversation, online Dramatherapy supports you to express feelings that can sometimes be difficult to put into words, from the comfort of your own home.

Sessions are shaped around your needs, strengths and interests, offering a safe place to build confidence, develop emotional resilience and find new ways of understanding yourself. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, low mood, self-esteem, trauma, life changes or simply need a space to be heard, I can help you to reconnect with your own strengths and story.

Freelance - Working with Organisations

I offer therapeutic services tailored to schools, specialist provisions, and community settings.

This includes direct work with young people and adults, providing 1:1 and group Dramatherapy sessions, consulting with staff teams and providing input into wellbeing programmes.

1:1 sessions offer a safe, contained space for young people and adults to explore emotions, develop regulation skills and work through experiences that may be impacting their wellbeing, development, learning or relationships.

Group sessions support connections, self-expression and peer understanding, using creative methods to build confidence, social communication and emotional resilience.

Groups can be themed, needs-led or focused on specific goals such as emotional regulation, self-esteem or relationship dynamics. In order to keep the work safe, groups are capped at a maximum of 8 participants.

My approach is trauma-informed, attachment-aware and rooted in creative, evidence-based practice. Whether you're responding to complex needs, building a therapeutic culture, or supporting staff resilience, I provide a grounded, collaborative service that fits your setting.
